Why folk singers are cooler than rock stars...



[1] They just sit in one corner

[2] They never try to wreck their guitar

[3] They never set their guitar on fire

[4] They drink their beer, not guzzle it like there's no tomorrow

[5] They have friends, not screaming groupies

[6] They sing, not shout

[7] When they sing "baby..." it's about love. When rockstars sing "baby..." it's about sex

[8] They don't wear make-up and no one probably does their hair

[9] They wear clothes like the way regular people do. None of that leather biker shit

[10] They don't stick their tongue out

[11] They're steady, don't act crazy

[12] They usually go organic, not chemical

I could be wrong about all these, but I have an excuse. I'm unsubcultured.
