The sport/game/lifestyle/cult is soooo big today. In Manila, there are already 30+ teams, maybe more.
It's also played outta Manila in places like Boracay, Iligan, Dumaguete, Cebu, Davao, maybe more.
I've long retired but I had an emo moment once. We were in a van exploring the outskirts of Dumaguete when we saw a group of young people, barefoot, playing ultimate in a small public school field.
Let me end this by bragging...
I WAS ONE OF THE FIRST 5 MANILA-BASED PINOYS WHO STARTED PLAYING THE GAME!
[So that sort of... relative to Ultimate in the Phils... makes me a legend right? Haha]
