LENT/HOLY WEEK is that time when your parents or grandparents force feed you with these looooooooong Hollywood epics...
But don't get me wrong... these movies are actually cool. For example, my favorite part in Ben Hur was the Chariot race scene. It was exciting and best of all, violent. Imagine, the participants getting trampled by Chariots and horses. Blood and Gore. Perfect for Holy Week.
What about Ten Commandments? Three things... [1] Who doesn't love BURNING BUSHES huh? [2] Before the IPAD, Moses had a tablet. Too bad it had only one app. It's called TEN COMMANDMENTS. [3] If I can only part the seas, then I could on a roadtrip to Batanes or Mindanao.
