Last weekend, a friend of mine reminisced about the height of the "ecstasy age."
1999. That was the year the drug called ecstasy boomed in the 'Pines. There was still no law against it so it was practically legall. In bars, people were ordering mineral water instead of alcohol so the price of mineral water skyrocketed.
Where was I during those party "daze?" Where else but drinking beer in a normal pub/bar. I never went "clubbing" because I didn't like techno/trance/house music. Correction... I HATED IT. So there you have it... me living up to my name: unsubcultured.
P.S.
I tried x once. Half. On a beach. But that's another story.
