My crazy sista says this caused the earthquake in Japan, and now the earthquake in the Visayas. This is by orders, according to her, of the Hillary Clinton backed CIA.
It's purpose: to rid this Earth of a few more people.
So I ask her: why not let the Haarp hit Manila, which has a lot more people? She countered that Manila houses the US Embassy.
