Here's a phrase usually uttered by showbiz types that totally makes me CRINGE...

"IN FAIRNESS"

It gets my unsubcultured blood boiling when I hear it. Usually the word is used when dissing someone or something. But then you backtrack a little and find something good to say...

FOR EXAMPLE:

"That motherfucking bitch broke my heart. But IN FAIRNESS, she makes great adobo."

"This restaurant totally sucks. But IN FAIRNESS, the beer is cheap.

Phew... breaks my heart just to write about it.
