Baler sub cult tourist spot #1 - the biggest [daw] Balete [Banyan] tree in Asia [or Southeast Asia nga ba?]...

In Philippine folk culture, the Balete tree is where many spirits of the under/ghost/spirit world live. Not in this tree though. 

The tourist boom had them all scared... fleeing to the nearest haunted house. 

Yup, you can climb to the top by entering the tree.

Gotta make money off hungry, thirsty tourists, right?
